Mobile Banking and mDeposit

User Enrollment Options

Mobile banking enrollment via online banking >>

As an online banking customer, you can enroll in mobile banking through your online account or by using your mobile device.

Enroll through online banking:

1. Login to your online banking account.
2. Click on the Administration tab then click Mobile Banking.
3. Follow the steps to Register your device then click Enroll.
4. The options for mobile banking and text banking are automatically selected.  Deselect any options that do not meet your banking needs.
5. Your mobile device is now registered.  If you select the text banking option, send your activation code by responding to the initial text message you received from Rockland Trust.

Enroll using your mobile device:

1. Open the browser on your device.
2. Enter mobile banking web address m.rocklandtrust.com into device browser.
3. From Home page, click Sign In.
4. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Enter online banking username and password and click Sign In.
6. Enter the appropriate response to your challenge questions and click Next.
7. Enter your 10 digit mobile number and click Next.
   
   You are now enrolled and will be presented with the Main Menu.
   
   Note:  Enrolling through your mobile device does not give you access to text banking.  You can enroll in text banking through the Administration Tab within Rockland Trust Online Banking.
   

Mobile banking for non online banker user enrollment >>

If you are not an online banking customer:

1. Visit this link from your computer.
2. From login page, use the Click here to enroll in Mobile Banking link.
3. Complete the self-enrollment process: Verify identity, create username/password, create ID protection.
4. Upon successful login creation, you will be presented with Account Overview page.  
5. The options for mobile banking and text banking are automatically selected.  Deselect any options that do not meet your banking needs.
6. Your mobile device is now registered.  If you select the text banking option, send your activation code by responding to the initial text message you received from Rockland Trust.
7. Enter the code to activate mobile mode: SMS/Text banking.

Once you have registered your mobile device you can download the app.
Note:  There is an app for Rockland Trust Mobile Banking which gives you access to your account information and a separate app for Rockland Trust mDeposit which allows you to deposit checks through your smartphone (see mDeposit information further down on this page).

1. Download the Mobile app to your mobile phone.
2. Follow your device prompts to complete download process.  Launch app.
3. From the Home page, click Sign In.
4. You are next presented with the Sign In screen.
5. Enter your username and password and click Sign In.
6. Enter your 10 digit mobile number and click Next.
   
   You are now enrolled and will be presented with the Main Menu.

mDeposit

Securely deposit checks to your Rockland Trust accounts anytime, anywhere using most smartphones or a personal computer with scanner. Simply snap or scan photos of the front and back of the check and submit to Rockland Trust.  It's now that easy to complete a deposit!  Please note this is a separate app apart from the Mobile Banking app you would download for your smartphone.
