How do I save or print my statement?
To "Save a Statement" click on file, save as, give it a file name and location and click on save. To "Print" a statement, click on the printer icon.
How do I know which paper statements will be shut off?
You can individually select all checking and savings accounts for which you are a primary signer to be turned off.
How do I know if I am the primary signer?
A primary signer is listed as the first signer on the account.
How do I turn off the paper statement on an account which I am not the primary account holder?
Only the primary signer has the authority to turn off the paper statements.
How do I turn a paper statement back on?
Call our Customer Service Center at 800.222.2299.
Which statements are available electronically?
All checking and savings accounts that you are the primary signer on are available electronically.
How long can I access my electronic statements for?
Statements are available electronically for 36 months. If you would like to keep your statement for a longer period of time, you should save or print your statement.
How do I view a check image?
When viewing your statement click on the "Check Image" tab and click on the check number you would like to view.
How long are check images available for?
Check images are available for viewing for 13 months.
