About Us

We've updated our Mobile Banking app to make it
even better!

Click here to learn more and how to enroll.

Here are just some of the new features:

    • A new look and feel -  A fresh new design, including a tablet view and app icon.
    • Convenience  - We have combined our mobile check deposit and Mobile Banking app into one, giving you a single sign-on. No more remembering two sets of IDs and passwords!
    • Security - Similar to our Online Banking log in, you will be prompted to obtain a Secure Access Code, which you can use to register your device, or you can choose to keep your device unregistered and receive a Secure Access Code at each log in. You will no longer need a MAC code to perform transactions.

What you need to know:

  • If you already use our Mobile Banking app, you will receive a request to update the app. Depending on your phone settings, the app may update automatically. If you do not have the Rockland Trust Mobile Banking app, you can download it free of charge from the App Store or Google Play.
  • If you use our mDeposit app to make check deposits, this app will no longer work. You should begin making your check deposits through our new Mobile Banking app.
  • You should continue to use your existing Mobile Banking user ID and password to login. As a reminder, this is the same as your Online Banking user ID and password.
  • You will have to accept the "Disclaimer" the first time you login to the updated app.
  • When logging in for the first time you will be prompted to obtain a Secure Access Code as you do in Online Banking.
  • Business Customers, be sure to verify User Rights within Online Banking.  If you have Users who make deposits using the mDeposit app, you will need to verify that they have User Rights to access your Online Banking account. If they do not have access to your  online banking account, you will need to set them up as a new User and select the transaction types you wish to make available to them. In order for a User to make a deposit, they must have Deposit Rights to that account and View Rights to at least one account.

NOTE: If you assign rights to a User to deposit into one of your business account(s) and the User makes a check deposit using the Mobile Banking app, please be aware that the User will receive all future deposit e-mail notifications for all of your business accounts. This includes any check deposit(s) made into any of your business accounts by any User, regardless of the User's rights to view or deposit into that account.Users who have made a deposit will continue to receive deposit e-mail notifications until you notify Rockland Trust to delete them. You should carefully consider this before granting these access rights to any Users.
