Rockland Trust Employee Resource Groups
The "Women of Action" Focus Group was created by the working women of Rockland Trust to provide networking opportunities to encourage social interaction and individual growth. Through the fostering of teamwork and support between bank divisions, we look forward to helping those involved find strategies for success.
Inclusion Network Created by Rockland Trust employees to promote diversity awareness through inclusive events providing education and training. Partnering with the business leaders in developing mentoring programs that assist our diverse employees and strengthening the communities in which we live and work.
