Christopher O'Connor is Senior Vice President of Asset Based Lending at Rockland Trust. In this role Mr. O'Connor is responsible for leading the Asset Based Lending Group and providing asset based financing for companies throughout New England.

Chris brings many years of lending experience to this position. Most recently he served for eight years as Executive Vice President at Webster Business Credit Corp. Previously he served for ten years as Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo Capital Finance.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stonehill College. He resides in Westwood with his family and is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.

Mike Pandolfi is Vice President of Asset Based Lending at Rockland Trust. In this role Mike is responsible for the origination of asset based lending relationships and sale of other corresponding Rockland Trust products and services in New England and upstate New York. 

Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Mike served as Vice President of Asset based Lending for Webster Business Credit Corp. Prior to that he worked in Corporate Lending at GE Capital, and for Bank of America.  Mike holds an MBA in Finance from Western New England College. He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus, and resides in Wilbraham with his family.
