RockCorp volunteers pitch in to help Cradles to Crayons  

Fifteen Rockland Trust employees recently spent an afternoon sorting toys and clothes at the Cradles to Crayons' Giving Factory, located in Quincy, Massachusetts. Cradles to Crayons is a non-profit organization that collects and distributes gently used clothing, toys, books, and school supplies to homeless and needy children and families throughout the Boston-South Shore area of Massachusetts. Cradles to Crayons depends on the support of local groups to help them meet the physical needs of many children in our communities. Their goal is "that one day, every child will have the basic things they need to be safe, ready to learn, and feel valued". Our branch employees sorted a mountain of donated toys, cleaned items that will be given to infants, and loaded clothing onto a truck for distribution. We look forward to volunteering at the Cradles to Crayons Giving Factory again in the future!
