Didn't re-enroll in paperless statements yet? Don't worry, there's still time!

Due to recent changes in our eStatements disclosure, you needed to re-enroll in paperless statements within online banking by January 31, 2014, or you would begin receiving paper statements in the mail. If you have started receiving statements in the mail, you can still follow the steps below to start receiving e-statements. 

Here's what you need to do:

Note: You will not be able to complete this process on a mobile or tablet device. See below for a list of compatible browsers.

  1. Log in to your online banking account from your computer.
  2. Under Accounts, click on the Statements link.
  3. Read the updated disclosure and enter the confirmation code located at the bottom of the screen.
  4. When prompted, verify your email address and accept the new disclosure. 

     

    Frequently Asked Questions:

    Q: I'm already enrolled in paperless statements. Why do I need to re-enroll?
    A: We've recently updated our eStatements disclosure. In order to remain paperless, you must log in to online banking and accept the updated disclosure.

    Q: I'm not sure if I have already re-enrolled. How can I tell?
    A: If you click on Statements within online banking and are brought directly to your account statement, you have already re-enrolled and there is nothing else you need to do.

    Q: Can I re-enroll using my mobile phone or tablet?
    A: At this time, mobile/ tablet browsers are not compatible with our paperless system.

    Q: What are the browser requirements to access my paperless statements?
    A: Please keep in mind that your ability to agree to go paperless and to see eStatements is impacted by the operating system on your computer and the browser you use to access the internet. The browsers below have been tested and determined to provide reliable user experience for our online banking. Some of the browsers listed may show some slight cosmetic behavioral differences, but generally support the use of the online banking system. It is always recommended to use the latest supported browser version available from the provider. Note that mobile/tablet browsers are not included in this list.

    To access eStatements, you need either Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher or Mozilla to serve as your browser. You can download a free browser by accessing one of the links below.

    In addition, you may need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher, or a TIFF viewer, to view your documents.

    Q: If I do not enroll in paperless statements will I still be able to view my accounts online?
    A: If you do not enroll in paperless statements, you will no longer have the  convenience of viewing your statements online.

    Q: What are the benefits of paperless statements?
    A:
    Paperless statements are available to you at no cost, and will allow you to view your current account statements on a secure website. You get instant access, 24 hours a day and paperless statements are available as soon as your statement is ready. No more waiting for your statements to arrive in the mail. In addition, your account statements are archived for 18 months online so there is no longer a need to file away paper statements.
