- Only valid SMS to a Rockland Trust shortcode from a phone number that has been previously activated will work
Mobile web & downloadable app
- Each phone number is activated at time of enrollment
- Trusted relationship is established between mobile banking system and phone number
- Mobile banking client user ID and password required for sign-on
- Second factor of authentication (device cookie) established based on successful activation
Phone Enrollment - Mobile web & mobile app
- PC not required
- Challenge question(s) used to verify your identity
- Supports RSA PassMark
- After identity is verified, a trusted relationship is established between the mobile banking system and phone number
- Second factor of authentication (device cookie) is placed on device
Lost/Stolen Phone
- User may disable mobile banking by logging into mobile banking web site and updating phone list
- User may contact their service provider to report stolen phone
- User may contact Rockland Trust customer information center. Representatives are available to assist you by calling 800.222.2299 weekdays 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m, Saturday 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
