Login Questions:

How do I login to the Rockland Trust Online Banking for the first time?
You will now login to Rockland Trust Online Banking right from our home page at RocklandTrust.com. Enter your user ID on the home page and click "Login".

Enter your new temporary password (this will be supplied to you in a letter from Rockland Trust). Upon your first login into the new system, you will be prompted to select a PASSMARK image, enter an PASSMARK phrase, select three security questions, and re-set your temporary password. What if I cannot remember my user ID?
If you have forgotten your user ID, please contact Rockland Trust via e-mail at Customer.Service@RocklandTrust.com or by phone at 800.222.2299 and we will e-mail your user ID to the email address we have on file.

What do I do if my password does not work?
You have two options to obtain a new password, you can use the link "Forgot my password" and if you supply the correct Rockland Trust account information, you can then select a new password and gain access to the system instantly. Or if you choice or have failed the login process you can contact a Customer Service Representative at 800.222.2299.

Can I change my user ID and Password?
Your user ID will remain the same and cannot be changed. The system will allow you to change your password at any time.

Will all my accounts appear in Rockland Trust Online Banking?
Yes. You may see additional accounts for which you are an authorized signer, or if you would like to block any accounts from your online Banking simply Call Customer service at 800.222.2299.

Bill Pay Questions:

I have never used Bill Pay what should I do?
If you have never logged into Bill Pay you will need to register for this service.

How do I export my account history to Quicken® or other accounting packages?
The new Online Banking system supports Quicken 2009, 2010 and 2011. You may need to modify older versions of your Quicken software to have a successful download. Refer to Quicken for additional assistance. Click Here for Quicken information.
