QuickBooks Instructions

If you are new to our online banking system, you will need to modify your QuickBooks settings to ensure a smooth transition of your data. You will need your User ID and password for Rockland Trust Online Banking.

It is important that you perform the instructions exactly as described and in the order presented.  If you do not, QuickBooks may stop functioning properly. This process should take 15-30 minutes.

During the conversion of your data you will be instructed to make a backup of your current data file, install any QuickBooks updates if necessary, and then re-establish your connection between Rockland Trust and QuickBooks.

Note:  We have heard of some compatibility issues with QuickBooks 2010 and Internet Explorer 9. If you are having problems downloading your data file, users are reporting that if you uninstall the Explorer update your download should work.  If you are still having issues, please visit Intuit support.
