SBA Loans

Rockland Trust is the top SBA lender in Massachusetts in terms of gross dollars lent in 2012. This year, Rockland Trust lent more than $48 million, under the SBA's 7(a) and 504 Loan Programs, financing a total of 84 small businesses throughout the state.  

Rockland Trust's total 504 third-party lending exceeded all other 504 lenders totals throughout New England. According to the Massachusetts SBA District Office, Rockland Trust's third party 504 loans created 121 new jobs and helped retain 23 existing jobs during the past year.
