As the public health concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) grows, we’re temporarily altering how you bank with us. We want to assure you that the safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority and we are taking all necessary steps to keep everyone safe.
 

Updated Branch Availability

Effective Sunday, December 20th, all open Rockland Trust branch lobbies will be accessible by appointment only. Drive-up locations will remain open.

Our top priority is to maintain a safe workplace for our employees, and a safe place of business for our customers.


  • We have preventive programs in place to reduce the likelihood that our operations would be significantly affected by the Coronavirus, including:
    • educating employees
    • monitoring of potential outbreaks
    • communicating and coordinating with critical service providers and suppliers, and
    • providing appropriate hygiene training and tools to employees
  • We will continue to monitor our employee population and take appropriate action to reduce exposure to other colleagues and customers if an employee is exhibiting flu like symptoms. As always, we have instructed all colleagues exhibiting any signs of illness to stay home.

  • We have asked our cleaning companies to be even more vigilant in disinfecting frequently touched areas. In addition, we have hand sanitizer available for use at all of our locations.

  • We have implemented internal “social distancing” techniques to minimize the typical face-to-face contact by utilizing teleconference calls, video conferencing, and flexible work spaces. In addition, we kindly ask all of our customers to help us maintain a handshake-free zone and wear a face mask at all Rockland Trust locations.

  • We will continue to post updates on this page as we receive them to keep you informed of the situation.
