With our Mobile Banking app you can:

- View account balances and search account activity

Mobile Banking is offered as a free service of Rockland Trust. You must be an Online Banking customer to access all the features of Mobile Banking. You may incur and are responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier. Contact your mobile carrier for more information. You will be able to use the Rockland Trust Mobile Banking app and browser-based banking only if you can access the Internet from your mobile device. The display of your account information may vary depending on your phone model.

Q. How do I get the Mobile Banking app?
A. You must be enrolled in Online Banking in order to take advantage of all the features of Mobile Banking. To enroll in Online Banking, go to RocklandTrust.com. Once enrolled, download the Rockland Trust Mobile Banking app by visiting the App Store or Google Play.
Q. What mobile devices are supported?
A. Most Android and Apple devices. If you do not have one of these devices, you may want to consider our Mobile Web or Text Banking options.
Q. Do I need a user ID and password to use the Mobile Banking app?
A. Yes, use the same user ID and password you use to access your Online Banking account. Not an Online Banking customer? Enroll today.
Q. How much does Rockland Trust Mobile Banking cost?
A. There is no charge associated with this service. However, there may be charges associated with text messaging and data usage on your phone depending on your plan.
Q. Why do I need to enter a Secure Access Code?
A. Similar to our Online Banking login, you will be prompted to obtain a Secure Access Code, which you can use to register your device, or you can choose to keep your device unregistered and receive a Secure Access Code at each log in.
