Jeffrey Smith is a Senior Vice President and Financial Consultant and has been with Rockland Trust since 1999. Jeff is head of business development and is responsible for the management of IMG’s financial advisory, advance planning and retirement plan services.
Jeff has worked in the financial services industry since 1987. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Jeff worked at Scudder, Stevens and Clark in Boston. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont. Jeff is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation.
Jeff is a board member of the Rockland Trust and Rockland Trust Blue Hills Charitable Foundations. He serves as a member of the Cardinal Cushing Center’s Development Committee, Planned Giving Advisory Committee, and St. Coletta Golf Classic. Jeff is also a committee member for Team Berio Rockland Trust and rider for the Pan Mass Challenge. Jeff resides in Marshfield, MA with his family, wife Amy and children Steven, Lauren and Sarah.
