Scott Baughman is a Vice President and Relationship Manager and joined Rockland Trust in 2026. Scott is responsible for the primary oversight of the account administration and helping clients reach their short- and long-term financial goals through detailed financial planning, wealth management, and estate planning analysis.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, with a background in portfolio management and client relationship development at firms including EP Wealth, GW&K Investment Management, and BNY Mellon Wealth Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
Outside of work, Scott is involved with the Play Ball Foundation in Massachusetts, which partners with school districts to fund and support free, school-based sports leagues for middle school students in underserved communities. He also serves on the boards of Medfield Youth Lacrosse and Town Pride Lacrosse. Scott values spending time with his wife and three children, often skiing, golfing, or coaching on the field in the Medfield community.
