Sean McGarry is a Vice President and Retirement Plan Services Manager, and has been with Rockland Trust since 2005. Sean is responsible for client service and management of all pension and retirement plan engagements. He oversees the client relationship and provides insight to help employers meet their fiduciary responsibilities.
Sean has worked in the financial services industry since 1994. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, he held positions at a regional Third Party Administrator (TPA), and was a wholesaler for several large insurance companies within their retirement departments. Sean has consistently been named one of the Top Retirement Plan Advisors in the country by the Financial Times. Sean received a BA in Economics from Union College. He has his Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from the Center of Fiduciary Studies, which is affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh.
Sean enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for the local Boston sport teams. He lives in Easton, MA with his wife and four children.
