Bill Mahoney is a Senior Vice President and Financial Consultant and has been with Rockland Trust since 2017. Bill is head of business development and is responsible for IMG's financial advisory, advanced planning, and retirement plan services
Bill has worked in the financial services industry since 1997. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, he held positions as wealth management advisor, trust officer, business development, and financial advisory with TIAA’s Individual Advisory Service and American Express. Bill received a BA from the University of Notre Dame and Masters from Harvard University. Bill is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He holds Massachusetts and Rhode Island Life and Health Insurance licenses, as well as FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations with LPL Financial.
Bill is a current Board Member of Fort Adams Trust in Newport, Rhode Island and a Director of Rockland Trust's Charitable Foundation. He resides in Middletown, Rhode Island with his wife Annie, daughters Caroline and Maggie and step-sons Trent and Troy.
