Barbara Howard is Senior Vice President and Director of Relationship Management and she has been with Rockland Trust since 1978. Barbara oversees account administration for municipal and institutional clients, while also developing specialized reporting including customized recordkeeping. She works closely with other professional advisors of the municipalities and institutions.
Barbara has worked in the financial services industry since 1978. She is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust Investment and Trust Administration Programs.
Barbara serves as a member of the board for the Hannah B.G. Shaw Home. She resides in Middleborough.
