Boston, MA – November 14, 2022- Rockland Trust is pleased to announce that Carla Goncalves, moved into a Business Banking Officer position to serve Greater Boston business owners. Carla joined Rockland Trust in 2018 as a Branch Manager for the Bank’s Brockton West and Brockton Belmont Branches.
In her new role, Carla will partner with business owners to support their growth and development needs by providing strategic advice, and access to credit. Carla is thrilled to work with small businesses in the diverse city of Boston and is fluent in four languages in addition to English: Portuguese, Cape Verdean, Creole, and Spanish.

Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Carla worked as a Branch Manager at Citizens Bank for 9 years across multiple locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is a resident of Bridgewater and in her spare time she enjoys baking and exploring the outdoors with her sons.
