Mark McGwinMcGwin brings over 25 years of financial services and commercial banking experience to Rockland Trust. Before joining Rockland Trust, he was Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer of Franchise Lending for United Bank. Previously, he held executive and management positions at Santander Bank, Century Bank, Citizens Bank, and Old Stone Bank.
A graduate of Providence College, he holds a bachelor of science in management and finance. He serves as the Immediate Past President of the College’s National Alumni Association Council.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including lending and wealth management, Redsicker specializes in a holistic approach to financial growth while providing exceptional client service. In her current role, she focuses on supporting growing franchisees and their customized banking needs. Before joining Rockland Trust, she served as Director of Financial Planning at Tompkins Financial Advisors, overseeing personal financial and business succession planning across multiple regions, and as Managing Director of JCM Finance, where she structured debt, equity, and mezzanine financing solutions. She also held lending positions as Vice President of Specialty Lending at Northern Bank & Trust and Vice President of Commercial Lending at Tompkins Community Bank.
Redsicker earned a Master of Science in Finance from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in investments from Florida Gulf Coast University.
