Mark McGwinMcGwin brings over 25 years of financial services and commercial banking experience to Rockland Trust. Before joining Rockland Trust, he was Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer of Franchise Lending for United Bank. Previously, he held executive and management positions at Santander Bank, Century Bank, Citizens Bank, and Old Stone Bank.
A graduate of Providence College, he holds a bachelor of science in management and finance. He serves as the Immediate Past President of the College’s National Alumni Association Council.
With over 15 years of financial services experience, Redsicker specializes in supporting growing franchises within the quick service restaurant industry. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, she served as a commercial loan officer for Northern Bank & Trust in their Specialty Division and also as the Director of Financial Planning for Tompkins Financial Advisors.
Redsicker earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University and her Master of Science in Finance from Syracuse University.
