Hanover, MA – September 25, 2025 – Rockland Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Batsevitsky as Senior Vice President, Middle Market and C&I Regional Executive within the Bank’s Commercial Banking Division. In this leadership role, Batsevitsky will be responsible for driving the growth of the Bank’s Middle Market business across southern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Batsevitsky brings 30 years of commercial banking experience advising clients in working capital and liquidity optimization, developing financing and growth capital strategies, and identifying emerging market trends and opportunities. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Group Manager within the Commercial Banking division at M&T Bank (formerly People’s United Bank, N.A.), where he held various leadership roles over the past 13 years. His earlier experience includes positions with Santander (formerly Sovereign Bank) in Corporate Banking and Fleet Bank in Asset-Based Lending.
Batsevitsky earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University and an MBA from Northeastern University. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of Human Good Cornerstone, Associated Industries of Massachusetts, Risk Management Association of New England, and volunteers with the Needham Medical Reserve Corps.
