Helen Ye Joins Rockland Trust as Senior Vice President, Franchise Finance Team Lead

Helen Ye is Rockland Trust SVP, Commercial Lending Center Manager

April 22, 2026 – Rockland Trust is pleased to announce that Helen Ye has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and Franchise Finance Team Lead. She will specialize within the Corporate Banking Franchise Finance team, supporting the continued expansion of the Bank’s franchise banking growth initiatives nationwide. In this role, Ye will oversee Rockland Trust’s team of experienced franchise bankers, enhance financing solutions for existing customers and build new business relationships with franchise operators across the country.

Bringing more than 20 years of commercial banking and finance experience to Rockland Trust, Ye has been banking restaurants operators since 2010, previously served at M&T Bank as a Senior Relationship Manager on the Franchise Finance team where she managed a portfolio of restaurant franchisee customers across the United States.

 Ye earned her bachelor’s degrees in economics and computer science from the University of Rochester and is a graduate of UMass Boston’s Emerging Leaders Program at the Center for Collaborative Leadership. Ye also serves on the Board of Directors of the Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence, a role she has held since 2024. Through her work with the organization, she helps bridge critical language and cultural gaps within Asian communities while advocating for lasting social change.
