With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Hildreth brings a proactive and collaborative approach to help facilitate long term growth needs with specific value-added financial products such as acquisition financing, working capital lines, equipment financing and owner-occupied commercial mortgages.

Before joining Rockland Trust, Hildreth served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at M&T Bank, formerly People’s United Bank, for over 11 years. He is actively involved in the South Shore community, having served on the boards of the South Shore Hospital Foundation, South Shore Economic Development, and South Shore Chamber. Additionally, he has been a member of National Fisheries Institute since 2015.
