Boston, MA – October 15, 2026 – Rockland Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Call as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Center Manager. Based in Boston, Call will lead a regional team of commercial bankers serving commercial and industrial (C&I) companies in and around Greater Boston.
Call brings more than 20 years of commercial banking experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Head of Commercial Lending at BrightBridge Credit Union, where he led the growth and transformation of the commercial lending division, significantly expanding both the team and loan production. Prior to BrightBridge, Call spent nearly a decade in senior leadership and relationship management roles at Webster Bank. Earlier in his career, he held commercial banking positions at Citizens Bank, Eastern Bank, and Century Bank.

Beyond his banking career, Call is actively involved in the community. He is a member of Medford Kiwanis, where he previously served as Treasurer and continues to support fundraising and membership initiatives. He is also involved with several professional and business organizations, including the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, the New England Society of CPAs, and the UMass Club of Boston. Call has been recognized by the Massachusetts House of Representatives and was awarded the Key to the City of Medford for his contributions to the community. Call earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Salem State University.
