
June 22, 2026 – Rockland Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Sheehan as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer within the Bank’s Affordable Housing Banking Team. Sheehan will be responsible for driving growth of the Bank’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project financing across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Her experience in LIHTC and tax-exempt bond financings, structuring complex transactions, and building lasting relationships, will be instrumental as we continue to scale our affordable housing business.”
Sheehan has more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on community development, commercial real estate, and commercial & industrial lending, along with deep expertise in LIHTC structures and tax-exempt bond financings. Most recently, Sheehan served as Senior Vice President of Community Development Lending at Eastern Bank. Previously, Sheehan held leadership roles at Cambridge Savings Bank and Needham Bank.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sheehan is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the Board of Boston Cares. She is also affiliated with several industry groups including CREW Boston, Citizens’ Housing & Planning Association (CHAPA), Association of Industries Massachusetts (AIM), and The Builders Coalition. Sheehan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Assumption University.
