Boston, MA – January 12, 2022 – Rockland Trust’s Investment Management Group (IMG) recently appointed Daniel Johnson as Vice President and Financial Consultant. In this role, Dan will cover the Boston, South Boston, and Dorchester communities and focus on evaluating client needs and goals to develop customized, long-term solutions to help build and protect their wealth.
Dan brings with him over 15 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, he was a Vice President and Financial Advisor with Citizens Bank covering the South Shore. Additionally, he spent time in Washington, DC as an internal wholesaler for a broker dealer and worked with institutional retirement plans for Voya, Empower, and Vanguard.

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University in Washington, DC. He also holds the Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 securities registrations, as well as Massachusetts Life, Accident, and Health licenses. Dan lives in Marshfield with his wife and two children.
