Rockland Trust Promotes Patrice Pimental and Leah Rogers-Curto to Senior Vice President Retail Market Managers

Hanover, MA – October 8, 2026 – Rockland Trust today announced the appointment of Patrice Pimental and Leah Rogers-Curto to Senior Vice President, Retail Market Managers. In these expanded leadership roles, Pimental will oversee retail banking operations across the South Shore, Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Greater Boston, while Rogers-Curto will lead branches throughout the North Shore, Merrimack Valley, and Southern New Hampshire.

Pimental began her banking career more than 27 years ago and joined Rockland Trust in 2004 through the acquisition of Falmouth Co-operative Bank. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles within retail banking, including 14 years serving the Mashpee market and most recently as District Manager for Cape Cod and Nantucket. She has played an active role in several bank acquisitions and is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to colleague development, and deep understanding of the communities Rockland Trust serves.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Pimental is actively involved in her community. She serves as Treasurer of the Mashpee Chamber of Commerce and holds leadership and board positions with several local business, civic, and nonprofit organizations.

Rogers-Curto brings more than 30 years of banking experience to her new role and a longstanding commitment to helping customers achieve their financial goals. Since joining Rockland Trust through the acquisition of Enterprise Bank in 2025, she has leveraged her extensive experience to support colleagues, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth across the region. Known for her collaborative and people-centered leadership style, Rogers-Curto has built high-performing teams, developed future leaders, and earned the trust of customers, colleagues, and business partners alike.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rogers-Curto has been actively involved with numerous community organizations. She currently serves as Secretary of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce and previously served as Chair of its Board of Directors.

As Retail Market Managers, Pimental and Rogers-Curto will lead branch teams across their respective markets, focusing on customer experience, colleague development, business growth, and community engagement while supporting Rockland Trust's continued commitment to relationship-based banking.
