Rockland Trust Strengthens Business Banking Team with Four Internal Promotions

 

September 17, 2026 - Rockland Trust is proud to announce the promotion of four experienced banking professionals, Patrick Bekier, Sonia Descormiers, Gaby Saad, and Ana Duprey-Santiago to Business Banking Officer roles. Leveraging more than 50 years of combined retail, business banking, and commercial lending experience, they will partner with local businesses to understand their financial goals, strengthen client relationships, and deliver tailored banking solutions that help businesses grow and succeed

Bekier has been with Rockland Trust for nearly a decade. He began his career with the bank in the Customer Information Center before moving into a variety of retail banking roles throughout the Greater Worcester market. Most recently, he served as Branch Manager of the Worcester Grafton Street branch. As a Business Banking Officer, he will serve business customers in Franklin, Medfield, and Bellingham.

Descormiers brings more than 30 years of banking experience to Rockland Trust and is also a certified financial wellness coach. Most recently, she served as Branch Manager of the bank’s Boston Franklin Street branch and previously held a variety of retail and business banking roles at Berkshire Bank and KeyBank. In her new role, she will oversee the Bank’s Milford and Mendon branches while identifying new business growth opportunities throughout the Greater Worcester region.

Duprey-Santiago joined Rockland Trust through the acquisition of Enterprise Bank, where she most recently served as a Commercial Lending Officer. In addition to her banking experience, she is a member of the Board of Directors for the Merrimack Valley YMCA and serves as Treasurer of Fortaleza Inc.. As a Business Banking Officer, she will serve business customers through Lowell, Billerica, Chelmsford and Dracut branches, helping local businesses achieve their financial goals and growth objectives.

Saad joined Rockland Trust through the acquisition of Enterprise Bank, where she served as Branch Manager of the Methuen branch. Prior to that, she held positions with Citizens Bank and has 24 years of banking experience. As a Business Banking Officer, she will serve business customers throughout Rockingham and Hillsborough counties in New Hampshire.
