Boston, MA – November 28, 2022 – Rockland Trust is pleased to welcome Thomas (Tom) Osuch as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for the South Shore and Boston metropolitan areas. In his role, Tom is responsible for generating and developing C&I and CRE lending relationships for the Bank.
Tom joins Rockland Trust with over 15 years of experience in commercial banking in the South Shore area. Tom got his start at Coastal Heritage Bank as a credit analyst, eventually working his way up to becoming a commercial lender. Most recently, Tom was Vice President, Commercial Lender at South Shore Bank.

Tom earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and his Bachelor's in Economics from Trinity College. He also attended the New England School of Advance Commercial Lending from Massachusetts Bankers Association. As an active member of the South Shore community, Tom belongs to various local chambers and organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Hanover Chamber of Commerce since 2010, and the Weymouth Chamber of Commerce since 2018. He is also a Vice President on the Board of Directors for Weymouth 400. In addition, Tom has been a referee and coach of the Weymouth Youth Sports Leagues for 17 years.
