Going forward, you will have access to 13 months of transaction history in online and mobile banking and three years of eStatements.

Yes. Once you reenroll, personal customers can send and receive money electronically using Zelle® through mobile banking.

Note: Zelle® is not accessible through online banking or available to businesses.

Yes. The online bill pay limit is $9,999 per transaction with a $20,000 daily limit. The cutoff time to submit a bill payment is 4:30 p.m.
Yes. You can continue to use your existing Enterprise Bank Credit Card without any interruption.
Yes. There will be no changes to your safe deposit box service. Additionally, as a courtesy, starting with your billing cycle on or after October 11, you will receive a 35% discount on your safe deposit box rental for the first year with Rockland Trust.

The welcome package was mailed on September 8.
The welcome package will be mailed to all Enterprise Bank deposit, loan, and safe deposit box customers with open accounts. Wealth Management customers were mailed their own separate welcome package.
The conversion of Wealth accounts is on a different timeline than standard deposit accounts. Due to this, all Enterprise Wealth Management and Enterprise Wealth Services customers will receive separate communications regarding the timing of the transition of their accounts.
