Worcester, MA – May 17, 2019 – Rockland Trust announced today that it expanded its presence in Worcester with the addition of four new members supporting the wealth management, commercial lending, and retail strategy teams. Greg DiMarzio was appointed Vice President with the Investment Management Group, Karen Niro was named Vice President of Treasury Management Services; Eileen Lessard was appointed as Vice President of Retail Banking Strategy; and Patrick Wimberly was appointed as Banking Officer of Retail Banking Strategy.
In the fall of 2018, Michael Crawford was appointed Senior Vice President and Market Executive for Rockland Trust’s physical entrance into Worcester with a commercial lending and wealth management office. Joining his team was Lisa Antoniotti, Commercial Banking Officer, Matthew Brothers, Vice President of Commercial Lending, and Bill Mahoney, Vice President for the Investment Management Group.
It was also announced that the Bank signed a multi-year lease for a 4,608 square-feet of class-A office space in the Mercantile Center at 100 Front Street in downtown Worcester. The new space mirrors the Bank’s community-oriented identity, placing Rockland Trust in the center of the City’s Central Business District.

Crawford noted that the Worcester team enjoyed early success, with close to $100 million in commercial loan commitments in 2019. In addition to providing commercial banking services, Rockland Trust offers investment management and small business banking services to the Worcester area.
