About Kelly
Kelly Nguyen has nearly a decade of experience in banking, primarily in commercial lending. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Kelly was a Commercial Portfolio Manager at Eastern Bank. Kelly specializes in Commercial Real Estate/Affordable housing financing and equity investment through the purchase of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). Kelly started her banking career at HSBC Vietnam upon receiving her bachelor’s degree in Finance-Banking from Banking University.
Kelly also earned her Master of Science in Finance from Bentley University and her MBA from Framingham State University. She is a member of Affordable Housing Investors Council (AHIC), CREW Boston, the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), and the Asian American Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).
