Worcester, MA – October 26, 2020 – Rockland Trust announced today the closing of a $13.6 million construction loan to CP 58 Gardner Street, LLC to complete the build out of the 135,000 square foot facility that will be home to the new headquarters for Table Talk Pies in Worcester’s South Main/Main South neighborhoods.
The new state-of-the-art and energy-efficient facility is slated to open in the summer of 2021 and will be comprised of a food production space, warehouse and office space for the company. With this new facility, Table Talks plans to create 50 new full-time operational staff positions for this location in addition to the 130 current full-time production staff that will come over from the Kelley Square bakery.

Following the opening of Rockland Trust’s Commercial Lending & Investment office at 100 Front Street in 2018, the Bank has prioritized development in Worcester and identified the Central, MA market as a key area of growth. Additionally, Rockland Trust opened its first retail branch in Worcester at 301 Grove St. earlier this year and will opening its second retail branch in Worcester at 967 Grafton St. at the end of November.
