Our Mission
Rockland Trust is founded on a set of core values. We build strong relationships with our customers, helping business owners grow their companies, and helping individual consumers be successful by providing straightforward products and convenient service. These values instilled within our company are reflected in our level of service as well as our ongoing commitment to our community. At Rockland Trust each relationship matters. No matter large or small, old or new, we are committed to serving and meeting every customer’s need.
A critical piece of Rockland Trust’s business strategy is to find and work with a diverse range of suppliers, and we recognize the importance of diverse suppliers to the region’s economic vitality. We strive to identify diverse suppliers that reflect the communities where we work, live and do business and that can provide innovative solutions, competitive pricing and high-quality goods and services. At Rockland Trust “Diversity & Inclusion” is more than a policy—it’s a strategic imperative supported by top management. Our Inclusion efforts are a prioritized set of initiatives and programs that play a critical role in nearly every effort we undertake as an organization, whether with customers, employees, partners and suppliers, in the marketplace or in the community.
