North Shore Commercial Banking Team Welcomes Jeffrey Rathkamp and Tony Pascuccio

Danvers, July 18, 2022 – Today, Rockland Trust is pleased to welcome Jeffrey (Jeff) Rathkamp and Tony Pascuccio. Both join the Bank in the role of Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer in the Danvers office. They will focus on developing and cultivating commercial and industrial lending relationships for the North Shore.

Their extensive and diverse experience and expertise make them an incredible fit for our team," said James Rizzo, Senior Vice President, Commercial Regional Executive. “The North Shore is a newer territory for the Bank and we are delighted that they are here to help us build our lending customer base.” 

Jeff Rathkamp:

JRathkampheadshotWith nearly three decades of experience working in the financial services industry, Jeff is an expert in commercial lending including specialty finance related to the energy sector. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, he was a Vice President at People’s United Bank covering general industries. Previously, Jeff was a Managing Director at Huntington Bank as well as at Bank of America (formerly Fleet Bank). With Rockland Trust, Jeff will cover general industries with a focus on financing non-profits. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University.



Tony Pascuccio:

TpascuccioheadshotTony brings over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, he is not only an expert in lending, management, and development, but he also designed training and continuing education for fellow sales teams to achieve business goals. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Tony was at Peoples United Bank as a Senior Vice President, where he developed a variety of Commercial Real Estate Mortgages, Commercial Lines of Credit, Equipment Loans and  Small Business Administration (SBA) loans including 504, 7A, and Express Lines Of Credit. Tony earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State University. He also has a variety of certificates from Babson College and Merrimack College. In his free time, Tony served many years on the Middleton Finance Committee and as a high school football coach for Masconomet Regional High School.
