Support Small Businesses Spotlight: Tumblefun Gymnastics

As we face unique and uncertain times, one thing remains clear: many small businesses in our local communities need our support now more than ever. Rockland Trust asked on social media for nominations for local small businesses that are making an impact in the communities they serve. Each Monday in May, Rockland Trust is randomly selecting one deserving small business to receive $1,500*.

We want to highlight the winning businesses, who are each giving back to the community in their own unique way. Our May 4 winner is Tumblefun Gymnastics in Marshfield.

About Tumblefun Gymnastics

Since 1984, Tumblefun Gymnastics has taught kids gymnastics through fitness and fun. By working on all aspects of a child's development, relying on generations of gymnastics experience and providing an exciting, imaginative and stimulating atmosphere, Tumblefun Gymnastics creates a positive experience for all students. The family business also hosts birthday parties, kids night out, and drop-off summer programs.

As Owner Vicki McPherson says, “At Tumblefun, everyone is family! Tumblefun has been ingrained in this wonderful community for over 35 years. We can see the direct positive impact we have on our community by the former students coming back to us for their first job or bringing their child to class. We see our students thriving in a healthy environment, conquering fears, and making new and lasting friendships.”

For local families in need of assistance, Tumblefun offers gymnastics scholarships. And students are not the only ones positively impacted by this company — Tumblefun also gives back to its community. Vicki said that it’s important for Tumblefun to give back and use its network and facility to run charitable events. An example is Tumblefun’s Santa Kids Night, which brings in hundreds of presents for those in need.
