Steve has been involving in residential financing since 1990 and has alternately worked as a processor, underwriter, originator, counselor and closer for several different companies. He most enjoys counseling potential homeowners with credit and financial management and loan program education. He continues to be active in leading homebuyer counseling seminars for Housing Assistance Corp in Hyannis and is an associate member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors.

Steve has access to a full array of fixed and adjustable rate loan programs including FHA, VA, Mass Housing, and USDA. Rockland Trust is also a participating member of the Mass Housing Partnership which offers the ONE loan program which provides interest subsidies to qualified borrowers. Steve specializes in first time buyers and federal lending programs but is happy to answer questions and provide professional analysis of all loan situations.

Steve lives in the Marstons Mills village of the town of Barnstable and is very active in Cape area non-profits. He has been participating regularly with community theatre stages as both an accomplished actor and director for the past 10 years and has three children who are also involved with theatre. He is also active with the national non-profit organization, The Healthy Children Project, based in Sandwich, as a certification exam proctor for health care professionals.
